Why it exists
CorozoERP did not come out of a product plan. It came out of one client with a concrete problem, and grew with theirs. That is why it covers what actually fills a Dominican company day, and why it keeps adapting when someone needs something different.
Tax compliance
NCF sequences that manage themselves
You load the DGII authorization with its number, its from-to range, the approved quantity and its expiry date. From then on the system generates the receipt, automatically discards expired sequences and rolls to the next range without you doing anything.

What it does
Point of sale with tax receipts
Invoice on cash or credit terms, pick the NCF type and see the next receipt number before issuing it. Create the customer without leaving the sales screen.
Look up an RNC and the name appears
The system downloads and keeps the official DGII RNC registry up to date. The cashier types the RNC and the legal name fills itself in.
Cash reconciliation by denomination
Shift open and close per cashier, with a cash breakdown note by note. Expected against counted, over or short, totals per payment method, voided invoices and returns. Prints on an 80 mm receipt.
ITBIS per product category
Each category carries its own rate and exempt items are flagged as such. The tax is broken out per line automatically, and the sale price is computed as cost plus margin plus ITBIS.
Quote, delivery note, invoice, payment
The full cycle, each step with its own statuses and a history of who changed what and why. The dashboard shows how many quotes and delivery notes turned into sales.
Receivables with an ageing traffic light
Every credit invoice is colour-coded by how much of its term is left, with the amount paid, the amount outstanding and the phone numbers in view for collection calls. Credit limit and payment terms per customer.
Payables with the invoice attached
You record the supplier invoice with its NCF and drag in the image or PDF; it stays attached to the record.
Goods receipt that does everything at once
Raises stock in the warehouse you choose, records the cost, recalculates the sale price and creates the payable, all in one operation.
Inventory with barcodes
Several barcodes per item, EAN-13 and Code128 label printing, conversion units so you can sell by case, blister or unit, price lists, reorder point and stock adjustments.
Stock valuation at any past date
Reconstructs quantity on hand and cost as they stood on a past date, not just today.
Automatic collection reminders
WhatsApp and email notices to customers with overdue invoices, with templates, a send queue, retries and a full history.
Double-entry accounting
Hierarchical chart of accounts (assets, liabilities, equity, income, cost and expenses), general journal and trial balance over a date range.
Controlled voiding
A limited time window, a mandatory comment, a record of who voided it and automatic return of the stock.
Configurable print layouts
Invoice, delivery note, quote and payment receipt, on an 80 mm roll or full sheet, with or without taxes, and editable header, footer and margins.
Access control by user type
You define the roles and decide screen by screen who sees what. Each menu builds itself from what that user is allowed.
Multi-branch and multi-warehouse
Several branches, each with its warehouses, and a default warehouse for sales.
Fully online
There is no desktop client and no agent to install. You sign in from any browser, from the office, the branch or your phone, and there are no per-workstation licences.
